It is part of the business development and business strategy process and involves design methods. If the company considers that the target is to reduce consumption of critical raw materials, they may need to adapt their business model towards innovation for sustainability.

What are pellets?
Pellets are small wooden pieces. Raw materials get crushed and pressed in the same size. They always get produced dry.
Advantages
Wood has advantages over fossil fuels: it is climate neutral and for a long time it was cheaper than heating oil. Above all, wood grows back and is not finite, in contrast to the oil reserves. Wood pellets can be used to heat in environmentally friendly way.

Our idea
We want to revolutionize the process of clothes sharing. We thought that instead of giving your clothes to a secondhand store, you could put them online on a special website. On this website people can post their clothes and others can borrow them for a special occasion. So for example if you want a dress for a party, but you don't have the means to buy a new one, maybe on the website you spot a dress you really like. The website would have filters where you can filter the color, size, material, brand and lenghts of the clothes. After the event you can easily return the clothes to the owner.
